A woman who was fatally shot in Southeast Washington on Sunday afternoon has been identified as a 39-year-old from Northeast, according to D.C. police. Police said they have made no arrests in the killing of Ivy Tonett Smith and the shooting of a man who was wounded in the same incident in the 2800 block of Alabama Avenue SE.
