1:45 p.m. Officials say an Idaho pastor who gave the invocation at a weekend campaign rally for GOP presidential hopeful Ted Cruz is in fair condition after he was shot six times. Pastor Tim Remington was attacked outside of The Altar church in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, after services on Sunday, a day after he spoke at the Cruz rally.
