Malawi Police in Phalombe district are keeping in custody a 33-year-old Word Alive Ministries International pastor, Moses Sauti Phiri for allegedly duping a ward councillor K15,000.00 through tricks.
Phiri posing as a State House Official, obtained money amounting to MK150, 000.
