ABUJA—Police authorities in Abuja yesterday night said Ese Oruru, freed Monday, will now be officially handed over to her mother, Mrs. Oruru, today. 14 years old Ese Rita Oruru was brought to Police headquarters at Louis Edet House at about 12.
