WOODBRIDGE, Va. — The suspect in the murder of the police officer serving her first shift on the job was expected to appear in court Monday. Prince William County Officer Ashley Guindon, 28 was shot and killed during her first shift on Saturday after responding to a domestic related shooting in Prince William County.
