A Genesee County man charged in connection with a fatal crash in Livingston County has accepted a plea deal that could keep him out of prison. Theodore Darin Ostapchuk, 51, pleaded no contest Friday in 44th Circuit Court in Howell to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, causing the death of Mount Morris resident Leroy Leon Batson.
