The Supreme Court has vacated the prison sentence of a Lagos pastor, Rev. Chukwuemeka Ezeugo, popularly referred to as Reverend King, ruling that he should die by hanging.
The apex court said it found Reverend King, who was convicted of killing a church member, guilty of murder.
