SANTA CRUZ, Zambales: Police filed charges of obstruction and illegal assembly against eight anti-mining protesters allegedly involved in the barricade that prevented dump trucks of Zambales Diversified Mining Corporation (ZDMC) from hauling nickel ore from the mine site to the port last month.
