KINGSTON, Jamaica, Wednesday February 24, 2016 – A pastor appeared in court yesterday faced with a charge related to an alleged lottery scam. Tariq Mahabeir, a pastor from the western parish of Westmoreland, is accused of breaching the Law Reform (Fraudulent Transaction) (Special Provision) Act.
