I REFER to a letter in the Express of Thursday, February 18, written by Rev Robert Dash, who expressed support for former mayor Raymond Tim Kee, concerning the apparent immorality of Carnival masqueraders. First of all, I wish to deal with the concept of morality as defined by the Cambridge English dictionary.
