A 41-year-old Filipina has been arrested on suspicion of negligence after her three-year-old daughter fell to her death from a commercial building on Valentine's Day. According to Apple Daily, the toddler fell out of a bathroom window at Arrow Employment Services on the 16th floor of Sunbeam Commercial Building at 469 Nathan Road.
