Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and one of his most vocal critics at City Hall have advanced out of Tuesday's primary and will face off in the spring election. Barrett, who is seeking a fourth term in office, will go head-to-head with longtime south side Ald. Bob Donovan on April 5.
