DELTA TWP. — Police confirmed that a man who initially appeared to be armed and was wearing tactical clothing and a bullet-proof vest was arrested Sunday afternoon outside an entrance to the Lansing Mall. But the real-looking weapons turned out to be "airsoft replica guns," the Eaton County Sheriff's Office said.
