PADDLERS from Lopue’s Table Tennis Association (Loptta) representing Negros Occidental dominated their respective events in the just-concluded 1st Negros Island Regional Athletic Association (NIRAA) Meet held in Bacolod City. The table tennis matches were held at Lopue’s San Sebastian Department Store Annex Building on February 9-11.
