UPDATE @ 3:39 p.m. (Feb. 15): Dayton police have arrested a man on unrelated drug charges that they were interviewing in connection to the shooting death of Brittany Russell, according to police. The 37-year-old suspect was arrested Friday night, the same night police told this news outlet they were interviewing a person of interest in the case.
