Feit was considered the prime suspect for more than half a century, but was finally arrested on February 9 in Scottsdale, Arizona and could be extradited back to Texas. A grand jury brought the charge based on yet-to-be-disclosed evidence. Feit, who uses a walker, is now in jailon a $750,000 bond.
