GOVERNMENT officials, community members and other stakeholders gathered at the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library on Thursday for the opening of its new video-teleconference room. In her remarks, JKPL acting director Erlina C. Naputi said “the intellectual and economic health of our community depends on” better library services.
