Masaka The High Court in Masaka has acquitted rally driver Ponsiano Lwakataka's co-accused Vincent Fegansi. While passing judgement last Friday, court presided over by Justice John Eudes Keitirima acquitted Fegensi, alias Kanyama, a Tanzanian national after prosecution failed to prove its case against him.
