The Rev. Tim Smith, pastor of Munholland Methodist Church, 1201 Metairie Road, Old Metairie, and church volunteers were busy with a steady stream of cars Wednesday morning (Jan. 10) as they offered their annual drive-through ashes for Ash Wednesday. Smith said they even had bicyclists and pedestrians, asking if the church took walk-ups (they do).
