The Capitol Bye-Pass Community, one of the major communities in Monrovia, was at a standstill for most part of the morning hours on Saturday, February 6, 2016 when hundreds of aggrieved residents of the area staged a protest over attempt by a Sheriff backed by officers from the Liberia National Police (LNP) to evict them from their dwellings.
