The program will be at 3 p.m. Feb. 14 at the church, 2311 W. Ninth St. The youth choir will open the program, followed by a proclamation from Mayor Ron Payne and selections by OMG, Zion's Trinity choir, Asbury Methodist and Fourth Street, Mount Calvary, Sweeney Street and Tenth Street Baptist church choirs.
