RANTOUL — Tim Hubert, interim pastor at Rantoul's American Lutheran Church, has served in pastorates in several states. This area of the country is special to him. Born in North Dakota, Hubert grew up in Michigan and has served in parishes in South Dakota, Iowa and two in the metro Chicago area — Westchester and Itasca.
