Over the summer, Otis Library Executive Director Robert Farwell used Narcan on a person who had overdosed inside the library, and may have saved the person's life. He took training on how to administer the opioid overdose-reversal drug less than a month earlier. Farwell said of his action: "I did what I had to do.
