YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - There's a new effort underway to help students at a Youngtown school that goes beyond the classroom. Volney Rogers Elementary School just cut the ribbon for the "Paramore Pantry." It may look like a closet, but inside are groceries, personal items and clothing. It's available to all students and their families.
