But this fundraiser is different. “The program is youth-led, which gives each section the freedom to set their own goals,” said Dave Nicolson, a commissioner with Scouts Canada. “The Scouts take ownership of the program, with Scouts choosing their own incentive prizes.” The fundraiser has made a difference locally.
