FOR allegedly forging a court judgment, a Lagos based lawyer, Mr Edward Oseghale(40) was on Monday arraigned before an Ogba Magistrate Court.
Oseghale allegedly forged the judgement and used it to evict tenants from their homes. He was arraigned on a five-count charge of forgery contrary to section 365.
