Florence County deputies arrived at the home in Vintage Place, a quiet, upscale neighborhood near Florence, at about 4 p.m. Wednesday to conduct a scheduled interview with Seth Hopkins, Fred Hopkins’ adopted son, according to Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott whose department is heading the investigation.
