Taxi collides with ambulance: Pedestrian killed in crash in Bonn-Mehlem. MEHLEM. On Saturday afternoon, a taxi collided with a ambulance on a call-out. A 26-year-old female pedestrian was killed in the accident. The 46-year-old driver of an emergency doctor vehicle was driving on the B9 with the blue lights flashing and the siren switched on.
