A 27 -year-old vulcaniser, Isiaka Waheed, was on Friday arraigned in an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court, for allegedly absconding with a cell phone, valued at N78,000. According to the prosecutor, Sgt. Godwin Awase, the accused committed the alleged offence on July 14 at Oshodi, Lagos.
