The parents of the boy who was killed in an accident during Windsor's Harvest Festival parade Monday released a video thanking the community for their support. "The messages, gifts and memorial items have blessed and warmed our hearts," the boy's father, Jimmy Zerby said, his arm around the boy's mother, Melissa Zerby.
