- The residents of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) could not go out to celebrate the Eid-el Kabir. - The proposed fun was hindered by heavy rains which also affected brisk businesses at the various parks. - Some of the residents express hope that the celebration would happen on Wednesday, August 22.
