After 20 years of working in the food industry in the Indianapolis area -- mostly as cooks -- Lorenzo and Marina Xochitlatoa are opening their first restaurant. The couple -- originally of Puebla, Mexico, about two hours southeast of Mexico City -- are bringing traditional dishes of their hometown and more to Carmel.
