A U.S. bill that would restrict loans from international financial institutions to Turkey until it frees arrested U.S. citizens, including Andrew Craig Brunson, an evangelical pastor jailed on terror and espionage charges, cleared the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Thursday evening.
