American author, actress and evangelist Priscilla Shirer has raised Shs 1.6 billion to support vulnerable women and girls in Uganda through Watoto church's charity programmes. This was revealed by Watoto's pastor Eddie Mwesigye while preaching about the Watoto 'church vision' on Saturday evening at Watoto Church down town.
