This is the second time Strickland has decided not to reappoint a CLERB member who was outspoken against what's turning into a watering down of the board's purpose. The first was well-known civil rights attorney Bruce Kramer, who is representing the ACLU of Tennessee in its lawsuit against Memphis Police for MPD's alleged spying on citizens.
