Kwara state Controller of Prisons Adewale Adebisi yesterday raised the alarm over rising crime rate in the state. Mr. Adebisi added that influx of inmates into the prisons is ‘alarming in geometrical progressio while outflow of inmates out of the prison is not impressing.
