MILWAUKEE (AP) — A 23-year-old Milwaukee police officer who was killed during a high-speed chase was remembered Saturday as someone who was determined and dedicated. Officer Charles Irvine Jr. died June 7 when a squad car he was riding in rolled over near an overpass during a chase with a motorist who authorities said had been driving recklessly.
