June 12, 1993, in The Star: Dr. Oliver Clark, senior pastor at First United Methodist Church in Anniston for six years, has been assigned to return home to Birmingham. He’ll be at Highlands United Methodist Church near downtown. Also making a move to a Birmingham church is Rev. Billy York, a former pastor of FUMC Anniston.
