Four teenagers stole a car with two children inside early Tuesday as their mother stood just feet away, Oklahoma City police reported. A 30-year-old woman brought her children, a 9-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl, to a pastor's home in the 7400 block of NW 7 just after midnight, according to the police report.
