Two Cincinnati-based businesses, including a group of investors led by the Rev. Damon Lynch III, have been awarded provisional licenses to operate medical weed stores in Ohio. The full list of medical marijuana dispensary applicants and those eligible for licenses were posted on the website for Ohio's Medical Marijuana Control Program.
