Hudy Muldrow Sr., of Woodland Park, was charged Thursday with two counts of reckless vehicular homicide, also sometimes referred to as death by auto. The second-degree offense carries a potential prison sentence of five to 10 years.
Muldrow appeared before Superior Court Judge Stephen Taylor in Morristown.
