Katie Moore katie_reports. Topeka Unitarian-Universalist pastor Sarah Oglesby-Dunegan said getting arrested while protesting Monday wasn't an act she took lightly. "I did that with a sense of purpose," Oglesby-Dunegan said of the first time she has been arrested.
