BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - If you're driving through Buffalo's Parkside neighborhood after dusk, look up. The stained glass windows on the front of St. Mark's Church are lit. Father Joe Rogliano, who is the pastor at St. Mark's, says it hasn't been permanently lit like this for years.
