Phil Anderson Philreports. A Topeka church will have a Mexican dinner fundraiser this coming week. The meal will be served from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 1821 S.W. 37th. The menu will include tacos, burritos, beans, chips, salsa, cheese, drinks and dessert.
