The Brockton Diversity Commission held two chaotic public meetings recently, and now the chairperson said the May meeting is cancelled. Tony Branch, the chairman of the Brockton Diversity Commission, has been in the middle of the storm during the last two meetings, along with fellow commissioner Jacob Tagger.
