KITTY HAWK, N.C. The body of a 4-year-old boy who was swept away by a wave last week on the Outer Banks here was recovered Monday, Kitty Hawk police said. Currituck County sheriff's deputies found Wesley Belisle's body about 7:40 a.m. ET on Carova Beach, about 34 miles from where he was last seen at Kitty Hawk.
