PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A Southwest Airlines flight to Dallas made an emergency landing at Philadelphia International Airport after an engine blew out as the plane left LaGuardia Airport in New York Tuesday. Shrapnel from the engine flew into the plane and broke a window.
