COLORADO SPRINGS - A 4-year old boy diagnosed with kidney cancer will soon be sworn in as a Colorado Springs Police officer. Joshua was born on December 23, 2013, on Fort Belvoir, VA. He was diagnosed with Stage IV Kidney Cancer on Father's Day weekend at just three years old, police said.
