LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Trinity Baptist Church in Lufkin honored a World War Two veteran on Sunday. Wayne Palmer turned 99-years-old on Saturday. Palmer was a Sergeant of the United States Army during WW2. For his recognition, Palmer received two pins and a flag made from wood created by the pastor. Copyright 2018 .
