Four individuals have been charged with illegally dumping deer carcasses outside of the historic First Sycolin Baptist Church and African-American Cemetery in Leesburg, Va. The incidents first started during the 2016-2017 hunting season, when bags of deer parts and carcasses were left on the property of the church.
